Welcome to Hudson, a small community in Stafford County that is bustling with nearby wildlife at the Quivira National Wildlife Refuge. The town was originally named Rattlesnake and had wild roots in the 1880s. Today, the town remains full of wildlife and is nearby surrounding wetlands. While not directly on the route, the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway almost form a perimeter around the town, allowing visitors to see the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
