To qualify for the program, you must provide some type of visitor activity or experience directly related to agriculture or farm life. You must also currently market these experiences on a website and/or social media page so that visitors are aware of the opportunities they can experience in Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø! The Agritourism Program is a non-regulatory program that provides benefits to producers, such as marketing, limited liability protection, and access to numerous resources.

Registering as a Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Agritourism Business does not supersede any required local permits or ordinances. Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø is a registering agent only for the Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Agritourism Promotion Act, K.S.A. 32-1432 through K.S.A. 32-1438a.
